As I reflect on your retirement, I can't help but think back to my very first "ODP" training at Otis. I remember seeing you and thinking, "Wow, what a powerful female leader." You carried yourself with confidence, authenticity, and a presence that immediately commanded respect.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of seeing not only the leader everyone admired, but also the trusted colleague, advisor, and friend so many of us were fortunate to lean on. Your impact extends far beyond the results you've delivered or the roles you've held. You have shaped people, careers, and the culture of this organization in ways that will continue long after your retirement.
For many women across Otis, you helped pave the path forward. You demonstrated that strong leadership can look like and be many things, and you showed countless individuals what is possible through hard work, integrity, and genuine care for others.
I am personally grateful for your guidance, support, and partnership throughout the years. You've left an incredible legacy, not only through what you've accomplished, but through the confidence and inspiration you've instilled in others.

Thank you for being such an incredible mentor, friend, and thought partner during my time at Otis. The opportunity to work with you right when I joined accelerated my onboarding tremendously. You helped amplify both how quickly I came up to speed in this industry and the impact I was able to have in my early assignments. I’m incredibly grateful.

What I will always admire most is your ability to tell a story—taking complex ideas and making them clear, compelling, and actionable. You have a gift for sharpening thinking and elevating every conversation. I’ve learned so much from how you approach problems and bring ideas to life.

I’ve also genuinely enjoyed every opportunity we had to partner and travel together—especially our time in China, which I’ll always remember. Those moments made the work even more meaningful.

As I travel across Otis, I’m constantly reminded of the mark you’ve left on this company. You’re an institution in your own right—tough, thoughtful, and always making good ideas better.
I will miss you tremendously—both professionally and personally. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for everything you’ve meant to me over the years. Working as your EA has truly been one of the greatest privileges of my career. From the very beginning, you placed your trust in me, challenged me to grow, and always encouraged me to be my best.
You have taught me so much, not only professionally but personally as well. Your leadership, integrity, grace under pressure, and genuine care for the people around you have left a lasting impression on me. The lessons you’ve shared, whether through your words or your example, are ones I will carry with me throughout my career and life.
Thank you for believing in me, for your patience, your guidance, and for making every challenge an opportunity to learn. I am a better professional, and a better person, because I had the opportunity to work alongside you.

On Robin's first day with the Company, she was assigned to the Downtown Manhattan (GD) office. The office was located on the Lower West Side of Manhattan, right on top of the Holland Tunnel. The GD office was always successful largely because we handled the major financial firms in the Wall Street area. I was given the task of teaching and training Robin. When this shy young lady walked into the office I thought she would never make it. First thing I did was give her two tokens and two quarters. Told her the most important thing was to have them with her at all times in case she had to jump on a train or call customers, this was the age before cell phones.
Robin proved me wrong, quickly. She was a hard worker, sharp, smart, picked up things quickly and had that innate quality of always thinking ahead. Most importantly, her professionalism in working with clients. She developed relationships with clients because of the trust she bestowed. That trust followed her during her career.
There were times when problems arose and Robin met them head on. She was not afraid to get her hands dirty. There were not many females in the business when she arrived. She set the path and open the door for other Women to join the Company and succeed.
I could go on and on, but I will end by saying how proud I am of Robin and what she has accomplished. Friendship forever.

No more time-zone juggling, late-night calls, jet lag, or endless deadlines. Wishing you a well-deserved retirement filled with relaxation, adventure, and all the things that bring you joy.

Thank you for the past 10 years of working together.
First time we met was September 2016 i believe in Dubai.
The past 6 years in emea were more intensive, with many accomplishments.
Working with you was easy because of your in depth knowledge and experience. We did not waist a lot of time. Your trust and support in 2024 is something I will not forget.
35 years is a lifetime almost, and the stories you have collected are a treasure you take to your family and friends.
I wish you a wonderful future, with hopefully more time for family and friends.

And you know, whenever you are in the netherlands, you are my guest.
